PAPER APPLICATIONS
  • Step 4 provides info about the electronic-applications (e-apps).
  • If you are running in-person appointments, print the Application Checklist and access the Drop Box using the links below to print paper applications.​
  • For paper applications, it is very important that you print clean and clear copies of the paper applications, and the form numbers on the bottom of the pages must be visible and clear.
  • Click here to view and print a sample application. If you are running remote/virtual only, you should print out the sample so you are familiar with the type of information that is required to be completed with your client.
  • You as the AGENT always complete the paper or e-application. The client only signs the application.

NEEDS ANALYSIS
  • The Needs Analysis is the main document you will use to collect information about your client.
  • IMORTANT: When you are on the phone with your client, you will complete the Needs Analysis and text to your Manager for a product recommendation. You do not need to know how to figure out which product your client will qualify for.....your Manager will do this. Once you start booking appointments, your Manager will review this process in more detail.
  • PRO TIP: Complete a Needs Analysis on yourself or a family member for practice and send to your Manager
VIRTUAL OFFICE TOOLS
  • Review with your manager your physical office set-up. You do not want to be running video appointments in an non-professional looking environment.
  • Click Here to setup your Whereby account. Whereby is a simpler tool than ZOOM and is the preferred video conference platform we use for client meetings.
    Be sure to include your personal Whereby link in your email signature.
  • Email signature. Setup your email signature with the following info:
