Step 5 - Leads

TIPS
  • Speak with your manager prior to purchasing leads and review your phone script to make minor adjustments for your area of the country
  • New agents start with Life Leads/Mortgage Protection Leads from the Integrity Lead Center (ILC), and Mortgage Protection leads from MailCo and LeadCo.
INTEGRITY LEAD CENTER (ILC)
  • Integrity Leads Center (ILC) - ILC is the lead system/CRM used by Equis and Integrity to manage leads.
    • Access the ILC through the Equis Dashboard. Look for LeadCENTER on the left side navigation.

OPT CRM 
  • OPT will no longer be available after April 30th, but until then, make sure you are using OPT!
  • OPT is the CRM/Software system used by Equis to manage lead distribution.
    OPT is accessed from the Equis Dashboard, under the Leads menu on the left side navigation.
    After you have completed your SureLC/Surancebay emails you should have access to OPT.
    ​If you have have completed the emails and can't access OPT, please use the CHAT on the Equis Dashboard to request access to OPT.

MAILCO
  • MailCo  - MailCo is a third-party lead vendor that we use for Mortgage Protection leads
    • Create an account with MailCo and provide the following information when setting up your account:
      • Agency Name: "Equis"
      • Group Name: "Theodore Group"
