  • Text a copy of the Dialing Tracker to your manager after each dial session
​SIX TOUCHES FOR CONTACTING YOUR LEADS:
  1. Triple Dial
  2. Triple Dial Again (same day or next day)
  3. Voicemail
  4. Text 
  5. Door Knocking (in-person sales)
  6. Final Notice
     
  • Your initial contact with your leads is to schedule an "Appointment Call." We do not do any selling or quoting on the initial call. The purpose of the initial contact is to only book the appointment.
  • The primary method of contact to book appointments is to call your leads on the phone!
  • Review when to leave voicemails with your manager
PHONE SCRIPT
 
 
  • It is best to get the client's email at the end of the phone script so you can have your credentials email ready to go when you get client on the phone for the appointment.
    • "If I can just get your email real quick so I can send you some info when we get back on the phone"
TEXT CONFIRMATION 
  • After you book the appointment you should send two text messages.
  • Only text for remote/virtual appointments. We do not text when running in-person appointments.
Text after you book appointment:
  • Hi Bob,
    T
    his is Jon Schwartz. 
    We are confirmed for a call back tonight at 6pm with you and Mary.
Confirmation text later in the day (2nd text):
  • Hi Bob,
    It's Jon again, just confirming our scheduled call for tonight at 6pm with you and Mary.
    Please reply back "ok" to confirm and keep this time slot.
